In the initial years, the company had been associated with several prestigious projects that included Taj Hotel, Reserve Bank of India, World Trade center, New India Assurance, NCPA etc. In view of the large requirement from the IT sector for having contractors with a National presence and with developers planning a National expansion and the retail, mall and multiplex boom in its infancy, the need for a national contractor was obvious.
